PROGENY GROUPS

This, in my opinion is the most important and valuable feature of the entire show. It shows what top dogs are producing up close and personal.  You can see the overall production of each dog from many different bitches.  One can view, temperament, color, pigment, personality, and movement as well as conformation. Unfortunately I did not get to see all of the progeny groups. I will only give my personal opinions of what I saw. Pictures coming soon!

Nice bone and color. Very nice heads and good backs. Good male and female distinction. Excellent movement.

 34 registered in this progeny group. Very angulated. Some light color. Many light bone although some are still very young. Good heads on males. Very nice movement.

A crowd favorite. Sire stacks himself perfectly. Good color and backs. Nice dark masks and very good heads on males and females. Average bone. All seem active, but not hyper. Judge says excellent movement and some too long bodied. I especially liked the females in this group.

Sire has very good coat, somewhat yappy, LARGE, could be darker. Some restricted short gating. Good chests. Color could be richer. Backs good over all. Some dark masks.

Sire stacks naturally. Some "tent" and roach backs. EXCELLENT  color.  Very angulated. Good bone on most. Nice dark masks. Correct size. Very nice movement over all. Sire LOVES to gait. Judge said very good type and expression

Sire is very cow-hocked, thin back end and yappy.

 Very good color and saddles, with nice dark masks. Compact bodied, some straight backs and some roach. Good movement over all. Excellent front reach. Somewhat yappy and edgey over all. Judge says Good standard size. Good angulation. Upper arms are short.

Sire has excellent bone and super head with great color/pigment.  Progeny had Excellent color,bone, heads and nice dark masks with large stops. Some yappy dogs.  Judge said, upper limit on size, good type and expression, powerful movement and good proportions.

Excellent color and bone with nice big heads especially on females. Good angulation and movement, with good front reach. Some roach backs. Excellent stop on heads.  Judge said, Good proportions, chest and frontlines. Upper arms nice and long.

Exceptionally nice progeny group! Excellent head on males and females, with good stop and some nice dark masks. good color and pigment, good angulation and movement. Correct size.  Very energetic and lively over all with a zest for gating. Some white on chests and some "toe out".

Excellent bone  and color. GOOD backs. Good heads with nice "stop". Very nice females. Excellent movement. Some over angulated, some white on chest, some oversize.
